Horton Meadows, a 168-acre site, will be a community of 27 maintained homes

situated on 15 acres.  The remaining property, in association with the City of Saco

and Saco Bay Trails, will remain forever as open space.  The undeveloped land

includes an extensive trail system, fabulous bird watching, a community garden

and a fly fishing pond.

The energy efficient homes will incorporate green building concepts such as

solar water heaters, pellet furnaces and super insulation.  This environmentally

sensitive community will be surrounded by natural landscaping

and designed for solar gain.
